"We treat patients like they are family."
Dr. Monica Neely
We’re not your typical Northwest OKC dental office. With Dr. Neely, you’ll receive modern dentistry services in a spa-like atmosphere to ensure a truly pleasurable experience.
We care about you and your dental needs, which is why we don’t focus on volume. We see one patient at a time. This allows Dr. Neely more one-on-one time with you and your family!
We form relationships with our patients – come be a part of our family.
Most of our patients have dental insurance. This means that about 75% of our patients choose to pay out of pocket because of the compassionate and comprehensive care they receive! Patient satisfaction and loyalty is something we take very seriously.
We follow the golden rule at our dental office in NW OKC: We’ll treat you just as we want to be treated.
Dr. Neely prides herself on running a small, friendly, one-doctor dental practice in Northwest Oklahoma City because it allows her to give each patient the attention they deserve. Her practice has just two chairs for patients, so you can feel confident that she won’t be jumping from one patient to the next while you sit waiting for her attention.
Dr. Neely and her all-female staff truly enjoy working together and serving patients. Patients tell us that they appreciate the friendly atmosphere of respect we have here. They also say that it doesn’t take them long to feel like part of the family. We value our patients and treat them as we would want to be treated in the same situation.
You have a very short wait time when you work with us, both when you schedule and come in for the appointment. While we work to get your teeth clean and healthy, you get to enjoy a relaxing view of the lake. We think you will agree that the office of Dr. Monica Neely DDS, located in OKC, is clean, beautiful, and smells amazing.
Another benefit of getting your dental care at a small practice is that our staff takes the time with each patient to go over the treatment plan in detail. This is true whether you come in for a routine cleaning or need more in-depth services. We want you to understand exactly what’s going on with your oral health, including our findings and how we plan to treat your issue.
Dr. Neely invests in the latest technology to ensure that your dental treatment is as comfortable as possible. This includes the technology for comfortable injections. We scan impressions of your teeth to make them readily available at each appointment. As a self-described technology geek, Dr. Neely remains firmly committed to learning about new dental technology and incorporating it in her dental practice. At her office in Northwest Oklahoma, some of the dental technology she already uses includes:
You can learn more about each of these in-office technologies at our technology page. As part of her commitment to providing patients with the highest quality of service, Dr. Neely pursues continuing education at the Spear Dental Institute. She also attends numerous dental conferences every year to ensure that she is up-to-date on the latest research and treatment techniques. Dr. Neely and her dental assistants always do their best to make your visit comfortable and pain-free.

Many people have some aspect of their smile that they wish they could change. With cosmetic dentistry services, you don't have to wish any more. Dr. Neely offers several services to correct minor cosmetic issues with a focus on having your new smile look as natural as possible. If you need a cavity filled, she can disguise your dental treatment with tooth-colored fillings. Is your over-the-counter teeth whitening treatment giving you disappointing results? Consider professional teeth whitening instead.
No matter what your cosmetic issue, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with Dr. Monica Neely. She will evaluate your problem and describe potential services in detail. Besides tooth-colored fillings and teeth whitening, our other cosmetic dentistry services include bonding, enameloplasty, porcelain crowns, and veneers.
If you're worried about the cost since dental insurance doesn't cover most cosmetic procedures, you have the option of applying for Care Credit. If approved, you can apply for interest-free financing if you pay the balance before the promotional period expires. Care Credit also offers a low-interest financing option for balances that take longer to pay in full. For your convenience, our office accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards, cash, check, or our own in-office payment plan.
Preventing a serious dental issue is always easier than treating it. Dr. Neely offers several preventative care services, starting with periodontal therapy. Gum disease is a serious issue that many people don't even realize they have. Left untreated, it can eventually lead to tooth loss and other major dental issues. Dr. Neely uses ultrasonic cleaning equipment and air polishing during each appointment and fluoride treatments or sealants when needed. If you regularly participate in sports, Dr. Neely can create a customized mouth guard for you.
Tooth-colored fillings are both cosmetic and restorative in nature. They preserve the structure of your tooth yet aren't easily visible to others. If you're missing teeth, Dr. Neely offers several options for replacing them. A dental bridge, partial denture, or a dental implant can all be good choices when you're missing a single tooth. The specific procedure you undergo depends on several individual factors, including your gum stability, location of your missing tooth, and your budget.
Dental implants can make an attractive alternative to dentures for patients missing several or all of their natural teeth. Unlike dentures, implants replace your missing tooth roots as well as the teeth. They remain in your mouth permanently, look more natural, prevent facial sagging, and impose fewer eating restrictions on you. No matter which option you choose to replace missing teeth, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible to avoid long-term problems with your alignment.
Treating temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) is another one of Dr. Neely's restorative dental services. She typically prescribes a TMJ splint or night guard, but may recommend surgery if these methods fail to bring you relief.
Dr. Monica Neely, originally from western Oklahoma, graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a degree in Zoology and then graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1998.
